S 188 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Rules

By registering an account at s 188, accessing the s188.run website, or using any services provided by us, you hereby agree to accept and comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

These terms take effect from the date you register an account or first access the platform, whichever comes earlier. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the platform. s 188 and contact us to close your account if applicable.

Continued use of the platform s 188 following any amendment to these terms taking effect will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms from time to time.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended pending verification.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details submitted at registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank account information — must be truthful and verifiable.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring no third party accesses your account without your authorisation.

• In the event that s 188 detect any bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging, arbitrage betting, or collusion between players to exploit bonuses, we reserve the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and close the account.

All bets placed at s 188 subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except under specific circumstances such as a match being cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours.
• For football Sports Betting — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and other leagues — s 188 in accordance with FIFA regulations and the relevant sports governing bodies in determining official results.
• Live in-play betting is accepted while a match is in progress, up to the time limit set by the system. The outcome of all live bets is final and based on the official match result.
• For live casino games — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo — all completed rounds are final. Any technical issues or connection disruptions during a round are the player's responsibility. s 188 will resolve any disputes based on our system records.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are clearly stated at each table or betting market.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed, s 188 reserve the right to void the bet in question and refund the stake to the player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform s 188 and may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances:

• Match fixing or use of inside information: Using insider information or engaging in the manipulation of sports results to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, automated calculation software, or other automation tools to place bets or exploit the system.
• Money laundering: Using the platform s 188 for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Unfair collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate casino games or betting markets for mutual illegitimate gain.

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's information or falsifying identity verification documents.

An account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

Following account closure, s 188 reserves the right to retain transaction records and account data for as long as required by applicable law. This data will not be used for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s 188 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity, including losses resulting from a player's own strategic decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, user device issues, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any decisions made by players based on information or tips obtained from sources outside the platform s 188.

Maximum liability amount s 188 to any member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

s 188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a platform notice at least 7 days before it takes effect.
